AMT-50 mosquito trap

AMT-50 is an efficient and safe mosquito trap designed to catch stinging and sucking insects, especially mosquitoes. It is quiet, energy efficient and easy to use. Can be used standing or hanging.

AMT-50 attracts mosquitoes with three methods:

1. Fragrance Octanol and lactic acid that mimics the smell of man.

2. The light from the UV-BLB lamp has a wavelength that attracts mosquitoes.

3. Possibility to add water / sugar solution. This can increase the catch by up to 30%. When the mosquito has navigated to the trap, the strong vacuum suction from the fan pulls the mosquito into the trapping trough. When caught, they die quickly from dehydration. AMT-50 should be used for outdoor use. Should, however, be protected from rain and strong winds.

Other important information

• Follow the instructions that come with the product. Never disassemble or cut the Octenol cartridge itself (ie the hard plastic cover). If you do this, you may be in direct contact with the Octenol agent inside the cartridge. Use in ways other than those stated herein may cause higher concentrations which may be harmful and irritating.
• In case of ingestion of the Octenol agent inside the cartridge, immediately call the Poison Center or a doctor for advice. Let the person drink water in small sips.
• If you get the concentrated agent inside the cartridge on your skin or eyes, immediately wash your skin or rinse the eye slowly and gently with plenty of water.
• If a person is inhaled for high concentration of Octenol, then provide fresh air and rest.
• Unused cartridges are kept cool and dry.
